At Animal Rights Rescue, we believe every animal deserves the basic rights of food, shelter, and healthcare. Founded in 2025, our mission is to rescue and rehabilitate homeless dogs and cats from Mexico and place them in loving forever homes across the United States and Canada.
In direct partnership with ADAC in Saltillo, Mexico - led by the inspiring Alma Salinas - we share a united vision: to end suffering, promote compassion, and ensure every animal is valued and protected. Together, we're working to increase the number of animals rescued and adopted while providing support for ADAC through fundraising, social media, and outreach efforts. |

MEET IRIS!
Iris is a beautiful Calico cat, about 4 years old and weighing around 9 pounds. She is fully litter-trained and currently lives in a foster home where she gets along well with both cats and dogs. Iris can be a little shy and cautious around new people, but once she feels safe, she shows her true personality: she's incredibly affectionate, loves being held, and enjoys all the attention you can give her. She's playful, sweet and bonds deeply once she trusts you. Iris's rescue story is very touching. When she was just about 2 months old, I was driving past a school and saw her sitting on the sidewalk, crying loudly. The moment I called her, she ran straight toward me, asking to be picked up. She was cold, hungry and desperate for help. From that day on, she's been safe and cared for, waiting for the loving home she truly deserves. Iris is ready to bring joy, love and companionship to a family that will cherish her forever.
