Animal Rights Rescue, Inc. was founded in April 2002 by Angelo Rivers and was incorporated in April 2002 in the State of California as a nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation.

Mr. Rivers has extensive experience in the animal care and welfare industry including contacts with veterinarians, pet care companies, motion picture entertainment industries that use animal actors and other resources who share his vision of animal welfare. These contact organizations and individuals will be valuable resources to help our organization acheive its goals and objectives.

The organization has applied for exemption status under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code thereby providing tax deductibility to all donations made to the organization.
